Delete your Helify account

We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your Helify account and associated personal data by following these steps.

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to your profile page and click the Delete Account button

Or you can send a message to our [email protected] using the email address associated with your account, and we'll delete it for you within a day.

What will be deleted

• Account information
• Personal data
• Preferences
• Eligible data

What will not be deleted

• Transaction/payment records required by law
